Psilocybin is a naturally occurring compound found in certain species of mushrooms, often referred to as "magic mushrooms." This medicine considered a “classic psychedelic”, known for inducing profound alterations in perception, mood, and thought. The experience can enhance sensory experiences (visual, auditory, etc) and reveal deep introspective and mystical insights.
More recently, psilocybin has garnered significant attention for its potential therapeutic benefits, particularly in the realm of depression, anxiety, addiction, and end-of-life distress. Some studies suggest that psilocybin (assisted therapy) can help individuals break free from rigid thought patterns, fostering emotional healing and a sense of renewed purpose.
Modern medicine is confirming what many indigenous traditions have known for hundreds, if not thousands of years. To that end, we wish to cultivate a relationship based on deep respect, reverence, and integrity for these sacred plant medicine teachers.
Onset of action: 20-40 minutes (orally)
Duration: 6 - 8 hours

Temazcal is a traditional Indigenous sweat lodge ceremony used for purification, renewal, and spiritual connection. Led by an experienced local facilitator, the ritual takes place in a dome-shaped structure symbolizing the womb of Mother Earth. Heated volcanic stones are infused with medicinal herbs and water, creating steam that supports physical detoxification, emotional release, and deep introspection. The Temazcal is a powerful rite of passage, offering participants a chance to surrender, reconnect with ancestral wisdom, and emerge with a sense of clarity, strength, and rebirth.

Cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine. Rooted in Indigenous Mesoamerican cultures, cacao is revered for its ability to foster deep emotional healing, connection, and clarity. In this ceremony, participants are invited to drink a warm, rich cacao elixir in an intentional space, using breath, movement, and guided meditation to access inner wisdom and cultivate presence, joy, and communal bonding.
Used ceremoniously among different cultures like the Olmecs, Izapan, Maya, Toltecs, Aztecs and Incas, when approached with intention and reverence, Cacao is a beautiful heart opening medicine that gently guides us back into our bodies, opening us to our emotional landscape and helps us key in on our intention before going into the psilocybin journey. -
